How and when do I receive payment?▼
Payment is made immediately upon physical verification of your phone. We transfer funds directly to your Nepali bank account via Fonepay / ConnectIPS or provide cash upon handover.
Where in Nepal does SecondSaathi operate?▼
We currently serve active regions across Nepal including Kathmandu, Lalitpur, Bhaktapur, Butwal, Bhairahawa, Kapilvastu, Palpa, Pokhara, and Jhapa. You can visit our desk or meet an authorized inspector at a verified location.
What if my phone has scratches or lower battery health?▼
We buy phones in various conditions. When completing the online assessment, provide your accurate screen, body, and battery conditions to receive an accurate valuation.
Do I need the original box and accessories?▼
Original accessories (box, original cable, VAT purchase bill) add bonus value to your final offer, but are not mandatory. We also purchase standalone devices without accessories.
