Accurate Information
By submitting a sell request to SecondSaathi, you confirm that the information you provide is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Providing incorrect, misleading, incomplete, or intentionally false information may result in the estimated price being revised or the request being declined.
Estimated Value Is Not the Final Price
Any value displayed before physical inspection is an estimated buyback value only.
The final buyback price is determined after SecondSaathi physically verifies the device.
Submitting a request does not create an obligation for SecondSaathi to purchase the device.
Ownership Requirement
You must be the lawful owner of the iPhone or be legally authorized to sell it.
The device must not be reported lost or stolen, subject to an ownership dispute, or locked to another person's Apple Account.
SecondSaathi may stop the transaction if ownership cannot be reasonably verified.
No Original Box or Purchase Bill
If the device does not have its original box and purchase bill or invoice, additional ownership verification may be required.
The seller may be required to present a valid original identification document during physical inspection or handover.
Where necessary, SecondSaathi may request an identification photograph or other reasonable proof of ownership.
Physical Inspection
SecondSaathi may inspect and verify device identifiers, battery health, display, cameras, Face ID or Touch ID, speakers, microphone, charging, buttons, network functions, repair history, replaced parts, liquid damage, physical damage, accessories, documents, Activation Lock, and ownership information.
If the physical condition differs from the information submitted online, the valuation may be revised.
Right to Decline
SecondSaathi reserves the right to decline or discontinue a buyback request at its discretion, including where there are concerns relating to condition, ownership, authenticity, pricing, risk, documentation, inspection results, or operational requirements.
Where appropriate, we may decline a request without providing a detailed reason, subject to applicable law.
Inspection Does Not Guarantee Purchase
Accepting a request for inspection does not mean that SecondSaathi has agreed to purchase the device.
A purchase is completed only after physical verification, final price confirmation, seller acceptance, required ownership checks, and final handover approval.
Seller Responsibility
The seller is responsible for removing personal information from the iPhone before final handover.
Before purchase is completed, the seller may be required to sign out of their Apple Account, disable Find My iPhone, remove Activation Lock, remove SIM or eSIM information where applicable, and prepare the device for reset.
Contact
By submitting a request, you allow SecondSaathi to contact you regarding that request using the phone number, WhatsApp number, or email address you provide.
Our team will normally attempt to review and contact eligible sellers within 48 hours, but this is a service target and not a guaranteed response time.
Final Acknowledgement
By proceeding with a buyback request on SecondSaathi, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
